1.1.1 - failure to provide text alternative to image can be amended by using the HTML [i]alt[/i] attribute

video does not work/appear at all, so no need for 1.2.2, 1.2.5

3.3.2 - instructions are not provided for the form but should be

1.3.2/2.4.3 - only some of the fields in the form are titled, the tab-over order is incorrect for non-mouse-users; please amend by appropriately titling all fields, and using Tabindex to control focus order

2.4.6 - website lacks clear and descriptive heading, please amend; the table also lacks a header which should be provided

1.4.3 - contrast should be set to at least 4.5:1

2.1.1 - contains content that is only operable with/reachable by mouse (e.g. the pop-up box, some of the input fields); should contain a keyboard alternative to comply

2.2.2 - the scrolling text should contain "pause" and "restart" buttons, or a "hide" function, as it is non-essential

2.4.4 - link should have a descriptive title (rather than "read more")
